The hotel was ok. When we first checked in the room smelt very fusty and felt damp, however when we asked to change rooms this was sorted out quickly and the next room was better (the reception didn’t seem surprised with our request so probably happened before!) The room was fine, clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and arranged a taxi for us the next day, thank you!

Although the hotel was very quiet because of Tet new year. Staff were really helpful. Lovely comfortable bed. We got upgraded to a room with a bath and shower at the front of the hotel. Which was good, apart from loud music from the street below.

This hotel is well located near the station and many shops, markets and restaurants. It is clean and well appointed. We found the water temperature in the shower a bit difficult to regulate, but not a big issue. The breakfast was good.
